- make bread!
- clean up the Tatie hut
- at same time as enter survey data, ALSO scan in raw notes AND print out plan and elevation ready for drawing up
- as soon as drawing up of surveys done, scan them in
- start putting drawn up surveys into Tunnel
- type in logbook - check 2008 finished; if so, start 2009
- make route finding reflectors, everything in base camp loft
- clean any ropes and maillons not needed any more
- expo debtors leaving early can pay a chunk of the campsite bill (total bill around 2000 euro in 2008)
- keep top camp fuel topped up - should always be a full, spare gas cannister and can of petrol
- decide what numbers of hangers, maillons, slings and ropes (and other stuff) definitely do / don't want to go back to Cambridge whilst there are enough people around to make a sensible decision, then write down the answer in the logbook for the deriggers
- take any rubbish in loft etc to recycling tip (location in 2008 logbook - basically go through Bad Aussee to main road, turn right towards Bad Mitterndorf and it's about 2km out of town, past the factory on your left and its a small road/track on the right with a little sign saying Muhldeponie or some such. Go about 100m. They didn't charge us for dumping stuff in 2008)
- write rigging guides in log book
- update list of permanent rigging
- update QM lists
- back up expo computer
- update expo website
- go surface prospecting
- send expo update email to CUCC and EXCS lists
- get photos onto Expo computer and delete rubbish ones
- make a folder with best-of expo photos copied in with info about who and where to add to posters and website?
- arrange date of Expo dinner with Hilde as early as possible
- at the Expo dinner we will be asked to pay for members of the Bad Mitterndorf club. We asked to remove Tess Jones and ?who was the other? in 2008 so make sure their names don't reappear. The others are Wookey, Becka Lawson, Anthony Day, Dave Loeffler and Julian Haines. Natalie Uomini joined in 2008. Any others - Kathryn, do you have the list in the Bier Book? If there are people on the list that Expo can't get money off we need to be clear about that at the dinner and only pay for those who Expo can get money off. Try to get a good German speaker to explain this.
