Anthony says: this doesn't sound like very many drill bits - they have a habit of getting dropped down impenetrable cracks or disappearing into the depths of peoples personal gear. I would suggest getting at least a couple more unless there are some more in Cambridge.
Serena says: Olly M will buy three extra drill bits along with a box of 100 of Hilti HKD (Hilti product code 376959).

   thin metal in their collar 

Serena says: Martin will have words with everybody to the effect of avoiding this mistake again. They were only used for bolting up, and if the route goes they should be substituted as soon as possible.

Anthony says: this is DEFINITELY not enough pencils. We always go through more pencils than anyone expects as they regularly get lost and broken - I would be inclined to make sure we start expo with at least 50 pencils available.
Serena says: Emma bought 50 pencils.

Anthony says: do we have any idea what sort of paper these are made of, whether they are squared paper etc? With the 10 new books we have as sponsorship, and an implication that there are some more at basecamp, we will probably be ok.

Anthony says: this doesn't sound like many clipboards - are there any more hiding somewhere?
Serena says: Wookey says that plenty were fettled last year. Where they are is still unknown to me.
